How the process works:

Before starting the project, we get on a call to talk through your business, where it is, where it’s going and how we can help. We also go through the design process and determine the full scope.

We start with an in-depth questionnaire where we do a deep dive into your business and its environment, looking at your audience, your competitive landscape and more. We take that information and curate 2 distinct visual directions for your new brand.

Based on our strategy and questionnaire, we create one solid concept as your new brand identity. This will be presented to you as though it’s already out there. You’ll get to see your brand on social media posts, a website homepage, billboard and stationery so you can really get a feel for it.

Once your new brand identity is signed off and agreed items designed, all your files will be organised and shared with you. We put together a brand guide to help you implement and share your brand with ease.

After your brand has launched and is connecting with people over time, we can help with creating website designs, posters, marketing material and merchandise.

I ask for a bit of detail about your organisation, your goals, and what you're looking for. I want to make sure I understand your needs before we speak and it also helps me come to the conversation prepared and focused on what actually matters to you.
Once I've reviewed your form, I'll be in touch to invite you to a 20-minute discovery call. This is a relaxed conversation where we'll talk through your vision, explore whether we're a good fit, and discuss what working together could look like.
There's no pressure on that call. It's simply a chance for both of us to get a sense of whether this feels right.

I work a little differently. I take on a limited number of projects at a time so I can give each one the depth it deserves. I'll tell you if I think a different approach would serve you better, even if it means more work for me.
My process is thoughtful and transparent, giving you full visibility into the project once we begin. We work through a dedicated project management platform, which means you would see exactly where we are at every stage. There are clear tasks, defined deliverables with calls scheduled in for key presentations.I care deeply about getting it right and getting your work across to those you serve. Every design decision I make is rooted in understanding your mission, your audience, and where you're headed. Nothing is arbitrary.

In my experience, having just a logo doesn’t do justice to the impact of your work. A logo is just a single part of your whole visual language and works within a system of other components to create a meaningful and impactful story. This is what i’ve found is most helpful to brands!

Generally, brand packages start at £2200 for small businesses that are just starting out, this will include the essential items your brand needs to be out there.
£4500 for more established businesses requiring a more in-depth and strategic brand experience.

Branding projects typically take between 6-8 weeks. If we are also including packaging design or website design the timeline can get longer depending on the complexity.
